The Smart Growth Community Checklist was created to help communities implement Smart Growth strategies identified in the Valley Vision Plan at the the local level. The checklist identifies strategies appropriate for each community to pursue, based off of expressed desires in local plans, as well as recommendations made by the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission in the Valley Vision Plan.
