Through its District Local Technical Assistance (DLTA) program, PVPC worked with the Town of Hatfield to implement key recommendations out of their Housing Production Plan. This project included exploring why the Town's Affordable Housing Density Bonus in their Mixed Use Overlay District wasn't being taken advantage of and recommended ways to improve it. The project also included creating an adoption-ready Inclusionary Housing bylaw for the Town to take to Town Meeting.
