Springfield Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee Meeting Scheduled to Finalize Springfield's Complete Streets Plan
BPAC has been advising PVPC and the Massachusetts Bicycle Coalition (MassBike) in the development of Springfield’s Complete Streets Plan.
The plan is being produced by the Town with assistance from the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission and is funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA).
The proposed program would allow local residents to access bicycles at self-serve rental stations and return the bicycles to any other station in the system.
Draft project listings for the proposed State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) for federal fiscal years 2015 to 2018 are now available.
