The Livable Communities Survey, funded by Tufts Health Plan Foundation’s Momentum Grant program, is the first step in getting input from residents.  Each community will also hold public forums to gather additional feedback and ideas.  The results of the study will inform the action plan and help create a more user-friendly and equitable environment for all.
