New England's Knowledge Corridor: Prioritizing the Talent Pool

Three Massachusetts-based private sector spokespersons (plus 3 more from CT), speak from their perspective as an employer in the corridor the importance and benefits of placing local talent in unfilled positions. This issue is one of the major challenges that Knowledge Corridor employers of all types and sizes will face over the next decade but which also affirms there are effective ways to address this challenge.
