The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission recently completed a series of focus groups to aid in the development of the 2020 Update to the RTP. Feedback received as part of these focus groups aided in the development of the regional Vision, Goals, Needs, Strategies and Problem Statements to be included as part of the RTP. This information will aid in the identification and advancement of transportation improvement projects over the 20 year life of the plan. Written comments on this draft should be directed to:
