The 2017 Citizen Planner Training Collaborative's Spring Conference is a major training an networking event for citizen and professional planners in Massachusetts.  It includes continental breakfast, multiple entrée lunch and many workshops to choose from. The workshops will include CPTC's core courses and current planning topics.
