Jim Madigan to Discuss Passenger Rail, Energy Savings for Businesses, and Connecticut River Clean-up

Three expert guests will discuss a key goal area of the Pioneer Valley Plan for Progress – Sustainable Infrastructure – with a focus on passenger rail issues, energy efficiency savings for businesses, and improving the quality of the Connecticut River. Jim Madigan will talk with Dana Roscoe, Principal Planner and Transportation Manager at the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission; Lorenzo Macaluso, Director of Green Business Services at the Center for Eco-Technology in Northampton; and Bill Fuqua, General Superintendent of Public Works in Holyoke.
