In accordance with the formal public participation program tied to the Pioneer Valley Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (PVPC) in coordination with Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) is holding a (21) day public review for the Proposed Amendments to the FFY2021-2025 TIP.  The document will be available for comment starting on November 28, 2020 and ending on December 18, 2020.  Please visit http://www.pvpc.org/publicreview for additional information.

This process will also be used as the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority’s (PVTA) public participation process. The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority, the FTA Section 5307(c) applicant, has consulted with the Pioneer Valley  Metropolitan Planning Organization and concurs that the public involvement process adopted by the Pioneer Valley MPO for development of the TIP satisfies the public hearing requirements that pertain to the development of the Program of Projects (POP) for the regular Section 5307, Urbanized Area Formula Program, grant applications including the provisions for public notice and the time established for public review and comment.

De acuerdo con el programa formal de participación pública vinculado a la Organización de Planificación Metropolitana del Valle de Pioneer (MPO), la Comisión de Planificación del Valle de Pioneer (PVPC) en coordinación con pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) está llevando a cabo una (21) revisión pública del día para las Enmiendas Propuestas al FFY2021-2025 TIP. El documento estará disponible para comentarios a partir del 28 de noviembre de 2020 y que finalizará el 18 de diciembre de 2020. Este proceso también se utilizará como el proceso de participación pública de Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA).
