RFP Available - Database Developer - Opioid Data System Expansion

The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (PVPC) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms who have successfully developed secure, customized relational database to serve as a Health Information Exchange for a municipality.  The intent of this RFP is to solicit separately sealed price and non-price proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the expansion of an existing Health Information Exchange database to include additional geographies, topics, and user roles as well as other details described in the enclosed scope of services. 

Services are expected to be needed beginning on or about November 6, 2019 and continuing through October 31, 2020. Contract award should not exceed $55,000.
