Consultant Services for Town of Agawam Stormwater System Assessment and Utility/Fee Planning

The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (“PVPC” hereafter) is seeking consultant services to help explore the possibility of a stormwater utility or fee in the Town of Agawam, including identifying major needs, priorities, and costs for the municipal stormwater program, and defining rate structure options.  This project is funded in part through the MassDEP Section 319 competitive grant program, which is supported through federal funds from U.S. EPA.  

A more detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) is electronically available through Mary Mazik at the PVPC.  Phone (413) 781-6045 or e-mail mmazik@pvpc.org, weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM.  The RFP will be available from the time of this notice until the due date specified below.  The PVPC will be the awarding and contracting authority and reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is deemed in the best interests of the PVPC or Town of Agawam to do so.
