Hampden County Shared Public Health Nurse Program Oversight Committee Meeting Agenda

The next scheduled Oversight Committee meeting for the Hampden County Shared Public Health Nurse Assistance program is on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 10:00 AM.  The meeting will take place at the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission located at 60 Congress Street in Springfield, MA.

The study will investigate community health conditions, as well as health care access issues, for twelve Hampden County municipalities.
