West Springfield residents, business owners, and other community members are invited to provide input on proposed improvements to traffic circulation, sidewalks, economic development, and community character for the Merrick and Memorial neighborhood at a workshop on Wednesday, April 9, 6:00 p.m. at the Memorial Elementary School, 201 Norman Street.

This workshop will be jointly sponsored by the City of West Springfield and the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission. It is part of a planning process funded by a Transportation, Community and System Preservation (TCSP) grant from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to address the relationships between transportation, community quality of life, and economic development.
