The South Hadley Comprehensive Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan is complete. The report charts a plan for short- and long-term improvements to South Hadley's hiking, biking and walking networks. It is the culmination of several years of work including extensive analysis of South Hadley's transportation networks, public outreach, and work with a dedicated committee of Town Staff and volunteers.
