Commissioners, staff and regional partners convened at the Northampton Center for the Arts to conduct the PVPC's annual business meeting elections; as well as honor Mayors David Narkewicz of Northampton and Richard Kos of Chicopee, and PVPC Vice Chair Judy Terry with Regional Recognition Awards; hear from Union of Concerned Scientist Director Kenneth Kimmell, and recognized outgoing PVPC Director Tim Brennan who will retire this year after 44 years of service to the Valley.
