PVPC Announces New Staff Addition

Josiah B. Neiderbach of Northampton recently joined the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission as a Land Use and Environment Planner. He holds a Masters degree in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania. Previously, he worked for the New York City Department of Environmental Protection on projects relating to stormwater management and the drinking water system.
