PVPC Announces Staff Promotion

Christopher J. Dunphy of West Springfield was recently promoted to Principal Planner/Manager. Dunphy, who manages numerous community development initiatives and grant administration activities, joined PVPC’s Community Development section as a full-time staff member in 1999. He is currently enrolled in Westfield State College’s graduate degree program for Public Administration and also holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography and Regional Planning from Westfield State College.
