PVPC Announces New Staff Addition

Marcos A. Marrero of Springfield recently joined the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission as a Land Use and Environment Planner. He holds a Masters degree in Public Affairs and Urban and Regional Planning from Princeton University. Previously, he served as Chief of Staff of the New York City Energy Policy Office and Deputy Advisor for the Governor of Puerto Rico on Energy, Climate Change, and Federal Affairs.
