PVPC Announces Staff Promotion

Christina J. Quinby of Springfield was recently promoted to Community Development Planner at the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission. She joined PVPC in 2008 as a Planning Assistant following an internship in the commission’s Community Development section. Quinby holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College.
