PVPC Announces New Staff Addition
Rachel C. Telushkin of Holyoke recently joined the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission as Senior Financial Coordinator. Telushkin holds a M.Ed. degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She has worked as Director of Operations at SBMC, Managing Director and Director of Lending at Institute for Community Economics, and Director of Business Lending at Franklin County Community Development Corporation.
