PVPC Announces Staff Promotion

Lori A. Tanner of Springfield was recently named Senior Economic Development/Policy Analyst for the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission.

Tanner, who previously worked as a Senior Planner for PVPC’s Community Development section, will manage the Pioneer Valley Plan for Progress and other economic development initiatives in the region.

Tanner holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Vassar College and a Master’s degree in Geography from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She joined PVPC as a full-time staff member in 2001.
