CONNECTICUT RIVER SCENIC BYWAY JOINT (Franklin & Hampshire Counties) COMMITTEE MEETING NOTICE

With funding provided by the National Scenic Byway Program, the Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG), and the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (PVPC) are developing an updated Corridor Management Plan for the Connecticut River Scenic Byway. The Connecticut River Scenic Byway travels through Northfield, Erving, Montague, Sunderland, Hadley and South Hadley. There is also a proposal to designate the byway in the town of Hatfield.
This meeting is set to review the latest draft of the full updated corridor management plan, including the Action Plan and Recommendations as well as next steps. Members of the Connecticut River Scenic Byway Area Committees of both Franklin and Hampshire Counties are invited, as well as residents of the Byway towns and the general public.
