Pioneer Valley Progress Report: October 2017

19 Oct 2017

It has been another busy month here at the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission!

Over the past month, we saw great progress made towards ensuring a clean Connecticut River and an economically viable Gateway Hilltowns region.

We also continued our commitment to being a learning community with Executive Director Tim Brennan travelling to Seattle to study their innovative approaches to housing and transportation.

Last, but certainly not least, we were grateful for our Public Health Emergency Preparedness Planner's safe return from the Florida Keys where she had deployed with the American Red Cross as part of their post-Hurricane Irma response.

We're so excited to share with you the progress being made in the 43 cities and towns of Hampden and Hampshire counties, as well as the ways you can get involved.
