In the summer of 2015, PVPC collaborated with Live Well Springfield to hold a series of workshops to build the capacity of emerging leaders from communities of color in Springfield, with the goal of advancing them into positions of power. This work was supported by the Transportation Equity Caucus, The Leadership Conference Education Fund, and PolicyLink.
